Tenant Find Only
- 50% of the 1st months’ Rent with a minimum of £550.00 per Tenancy (No VAT)
- Inclusive of Tenancy agreement, preparation and signing

Unlike many other agents who may charge for check in, check out,Inventories, tenancy agreements, referencing, smoke detection testing and tenancy agreements, we feel that an ALL INCLUSIVE package is better value for money and also easier to understand exactly whats included and being charged for. That's why as standard our Managed package includes all of the below in our initial set up fee.
