Abacus Homes was founded in 2014 and we are specialist Letting Agents as we do not deal with Property Sales, therefore focusing fully on our Landlords and Tenants requirements as well as keeping up to date with the ever changing Lettings Legislation, especially in recent years.

 

The founder of Abacus Homes has a wealth of experience with over 18 years in the Property Industry from Overseas Property Sales, Residential Lettings, Property Management and Lettings Legislations and are also ARLA qualified (Association of Residential Lettings Agents ) with NFOPP Level 3 Award in Lettings and Property Management, ensuring that you are in safe hands. Being Landlords ourselves we understand what the day to day running of a rental property can bring and we give an emphasis on giving both our Landlords and Tenants an excellent and personal customer service. We also offer a tailored service to our landlords focusing on their requirements. We are members of the Property Redress Scheme and UKALA (UK ASSOCIATION OF LETTING AGENTS) with total loss Client Money Protection

Our personnel are specially trained and equipped to assist Tenants to find properties to rent that will meet their needs.We maintain a database of properties available to rent and of prospective Tenants and their requirements. As properties become available, our first action is to contact waiting Tenants on the database, who’s requirements match the property.
